Rozvidnik (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Site Administration”, “Company”) respects the privacy of each User of the site https://rozvidnik.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and strives to ensure maximum protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended).

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains what personal data we collect, for what purposes we process them, how we protect them and what rights you have as a subject of personal data.

1. General Provisions
1.1. By using the Site (including by filling out feedback, order, consultation, subscription forms), you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms specified below.
1.2. The Policy applies exclusively to personal data collected through the Site. It does not apply to data received offline or through other channels.

2. What personal data do we collect
We collect only the minimum necessary data that you voluntarily provide through the forms on the Site:

• name or nickname (if specified);
• phone number;
• e-mail address.

We do not collect other categories of personal data (passport data, residential address, payment details, etc.) through the forms on the Site. Payments, if any, are processed exclusively by payment systems (in accordance with their privacy policies).

3. Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
contacting you to provide advice, respond to inquiries, place orders and inform you about the status of delivery;

• execution of the purchase and sale agreement (if you place an order);
• forming a contact database to inform about promotions, new products, and product range updates (marketing mailings) – only with your consent or within the Company’s legitimate interest;
• ensuring the functioning of the Site (visit analytics – without personalization).

4. Legal grounds for processing
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

• Your consent (Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);
• the need to perform a contract to which you are a party (order, consultation);
• the Company’s legitimate interest (communication with customers, marketing communication within reasonable expectations).

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties or companies for their commercial use.
Exceptions (cases provided for by law):

• at the request of authorized state bodies of Ukraine in accordance with the procedure established by law;
• to protect our rights and legitimate interests in court.

6. Protection of personal data
We apply all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or destruction:

• restricted access to the database only to authorized employees;
• use of secure transmission channels (HTTPS);
• regular updating of security systems.

7. Retention period of personal data
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but not longer than provided for by the legislation of Ukraine (usually up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless otherwise established by law).

After achieving the purposes, the data is anonymized or destroyed.

8. Your rights as a subject of personal data
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", you have the right:

• to know about the sources of collection, location of the database, purpose of processing;
• to receive information about the processing of your personal data;
• to demand correction, blocking or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent to processing (in this case, we will stop processing, but this will not affect already fulfilled obligations);
• appeal the actions or inaction of the Administration to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in court.

9. Changes to the Policy
We may make changes to this Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site. We recommend that you periodically review the page.

The client is responsible for the legality of the operation of the purchased equipment in his jurisdiction.
