- Goods of inadequate quality (defect, non-conformity to the description): elimination of defects, replacement, price reduction or refund within the warranty period (Article 8 of the Law). The costs of return shipping are at our expense.
- Goods of adequate quality: exchange within 14 days (if the product appearance, seals, labels and invoice document are preserved, Article 9 of the Law). However, dual-purpose goods are often included in the List of goods that are not subject to exchange/verification of adequate quality (CMU Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994). In this case, exchange/return is possible only by agreement in the contract.
